The best way to enjoy organic Panela

In Latin America, panela is used to make “refrescos”, a natural drink made from fruit and lemon or orange juice.

You can use it as an alternative for white sugar in all your recipes: creams, pastries, fruit juices, drinks and much more.

Panela reduces the amount of sugar. Thanks to its powerful aroma and naturally sweet taste, a small amount of panela goes a long way for flavouring your yoghurts, porridges and jams.

Preparing a nice cold drink couldn’t be easier: take a litre of fresh water, pour in lemon juice, add a few pieces of pineapple and a few teaspoons of panela and enjoy!
